I have always been a creative person. My love for scented candles grew when I was spending a lot of time at home with 3 young children. I found that by lighting a beautifully scented candle, it could completely change the mood in the house. So with my hands full with my young children I wanted to do something that was just for me. An interest outside of the daily grind that is motherhood.

Once I got started I was hooked. After lots and lots of testing and failing I finally had a product that I was proud of. From that moment Foreaux Creations was born. My main aim is to create candles that become part of your home. Something that would sit proudly on your coffee table. I wanted a product that would not only smell amazing but look amazing as well. A little piece of luxury without the price tag.

Not long after I started this venture, I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the young age of 37. This not only had a huge impact on my family and I but also on my small business. This journey that unfolded in front of me has taught me so much about myself, my family and about life.

Throughout my treatments this little business was a welcomed distraction and helped me to gain the determination to fight!
